A Body and Mind offers counseling services, but it is also worthy of noting that they also can work with people in the community... read more who need help organizing overwhelming bills/business calls/reminders of medical and counseling appointments, etc. They also have a team who looks for resources such as housing, health care, etc. A team of specialists, called Peer Support, have had their own difficult experiences and now are able to support others who need an understanding ear of someone who has been through their own difficult time.
