A Body & Mind Health Services is hosting a two-week resiliency workshop for adults. This program is ideal for Veterans and anyone else interested in learning how to immediately take the edge off their day-to-day grind. Resilience skill training has been clinically shown to increase energy, improve confidence and mental fortitude, decrease stress, and improve coping skills. We teach real skills to real people, and we are proud to help Veterans and members of the community live a healthier, more-engaged life.
