Improving lives, one step at a time…
Community-based rehabilitation services (CBRS) are tailored to the unique needs of each individual with the aim of promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life. We have a team of experienced professionals who are committed to providing personalized care to each of our clients. We provide services throughout the treasure valley, including Boise, Nampa, Meridian, Kuna, and Caldwell. In addition, we also provide in-person services in Twin Falls, Moscow, Middleton, and Kamiah and can conduct virtual appointments in areas we do not have providers.
We take a holistic approach to care, addressing the physical, emotional, and social aspects of each individual’s life. One of the key benefits of CBRS is the comfort and confidence that individuals experience as they receive care in familiar environments, such as homes, schools, and workplaces. After you complete the intake process, you will meet with your CBRS provider as well as a clinician to establish a treatment plan based on your individual needs whether they include enhancing utilization of coping skills, improving organization and budgeting, learning a new skill, or anything else that will help you to pursue your long-term goals.
Our team is actively involved in creating awareness about behavioral health issues and advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with mental health conditions. We work with government agencies, businesses, and other organizations to promote inclusion and accessibility in the community. In addition to providing direct services, we also work to raise awareness about disability issues and advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.
